Energy Master Planning

As fuel and energy costs increase, aggressive energy planning is required for new and existing buildings. We provide detailed Energy Master Plans for our customers that model existing standards and practices against our recommendations through a life cycle analysis. We extract the lowest life cycle cost options and generally create a 20% - 30% return on investment through our design recommendations. This EMP practice is used for all of our projects, both new and retrofit. Through innovative design, we have managed to create some of the most energy efficient plants, buildings and data centers.

Chiller Plant & Controls

US Power Group’s objective is to assess your current mechanical technology and offer recommendations on new energy-efficient equipment, refurbishing selected applications or by making modifications to your controls programs and processes. New equipment is only recommended when a relatively short payback period can be demonstrated. Where it makes sense, we show our clients how they can generate their own electricity. In addition, new energy-efficiency modifications may entitle you to a State Incentive Program which provides financial incentives to help businesses offset the cost of installing systems for energy optimization. Overall, our solutions offer energy efficiency and cost savings.
